Account Manager – The Home Depot

Location: Atlanta, GA

This position is responsible for developing and nurturing strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with retail managers and representatives ensuring open streams of communication with The Home Depot. This position will home office based in the Greater Atlanta Area. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drives activities to increase brand awareness, product presence, and revenue generation for all company services
  • Collects data and develops action plans for Field Manager
  • Coordinates activities that target specific areas where increased traffic is anticipated
  • Monitor sales data; communicates with management regarding trends and issues pertaining to sales/marketing initiatives
  • Communicates regularly with all levels of organization for updates on their activities
  • Disseminates information to the field ensuring all service knowledge, initiatives, and trends are up-to-date
  • Participate in bi-weekly meetings with THD to discuss concerns, SOP changes, etc.
  • Anticipates and schedules in advance of coupon drops/media ads when to provide PK to venue manager and staff that ensures proper information communication to potential customers
  •  Provide support to the support team and customers to ensure efficient daily operation
  • Request special billing approvals
  • Contact THD for issue resolution
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Manage special projects
  • Monitor and respond to RFAs (Request for Assistance)
  • Assists support team with questions


  • High School Diploma required
  • Former experience directly with The Home Depot required
