Account Specialist

Department: Administration
Office: !Corporate Headquarters
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

The Account Specialist is responsible for the processes and systems related to the servicing Go Configure clients.  

Responsibilities

  1. Act as primary liaison on small to midsize accounts 
  2. Participate in client meetings to discuss concerns, SOP changes, etc.
  3. Provide support to the Customer Service and Field teams to ensure efficient daily operation
  4. Request special billing approvals
  5. Contact clients for issue resolution
  6. Handle customer escalations
  7. Manage special projects
  8. Monitor and respond to RFAs (Request for Assistance) from clients
  9. Assists support team with questions
  10. Monitor orders to ensure that customers are being serviced within service level agreements
  11. Facilitate good communication within the organization
  12. Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  13. Type emails, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  14. Track product/part delivery via FedEx

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  1. High School Diploma required
  2. One or more years of Customer Service Call Center Experience
