Account Manager

The Go Configure Account Manager supports our relationship with one of our biggest clients, Nautilus. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as Primary liaison between the Client and GCI (Call Center/Field)
  • Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Client to discuss concerns, SOP changes, etc.
  • Provide support to the support team and customers to ensure efficient daily operation
  • Request special billing approvals
  • Contact Client for issue resolution
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Manage special projects for this Client
  • Monitor and respond to RFAs (Request for Assistance) from the Client
  • Assists support team with questions
  • Monitor orders to ensure that customers are being serviced within our SLAs
  • Audit order for missing information, duplication or errors
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information
  • Facilitate good communication within the organization
  • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Complete and perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • One or more years of Customer Service Call Center Experience

Go Configure assembles and installs a wide array of indoor and outdoor recreation products that most consumers don’t have the time or ability to deliver & install themselves. This is a fulltime, benefits eligible role.
