Customer Service - Entry Level

The Contact Center Administrator is the primary source of outbound call handling for Go Configure. The secondary function is to provide department support by performing entry-level tasks as assigned. This position will work closely with the rest of the contact center team to serve our customer’s needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle all outbound scheduling calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle all outbound product availability calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain customer records or work orders where necessary, accurately following our SOPs
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the service coordinator team
  • Understand all aspects of the services that we offer and our SLAs to ensure that customer is well informed should they be presented with questions during a call

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Working knowledge of Venus and full understanding of the correct process for assigned calls or tasks.
  • Professional, confident and empathetic handling of customer issues
  • Willingness to accept coaching and continually strive to meet goals and improve performance
